Abstract
Dalam era transformasi organisasi pada marcapada, operasi kini beralih ke arah pendekatan yang lebih mampan dan bertanggungjawab, sejajar dengan prinsip Environmental, Social dan Governance (ESG) yang menitikberatkan tadbir urus yang cekap dan telus. ESG, yang merujuk kepada Environment, Social dan Governance ialah satu rangka kerja yang digunakan untuk menilai keberkesanan sesebuah organisasi dalam melaksanakan tanggungjawab terhadap alam sekitar (environment), kesejahteraan sosial (social) dan tadbir urus yang beretika (governance).
