Abstract

It is very significant to manage the stress and pressure for better performance of the students. Heart rate variability (HRV) Biofeedback can be used as a device for self-regulating physiological responses causing in enhanced psycho physiological connections. Zikir is the greatest thing in the life of human being and an excellent process for purification of heart. It eliminates all illnesses from heart, makes in it the love of Allah and creates the awareness of His Greatness. It brings us divine peace and satisfaction. In addition, it can be used as the therapeutic agents in several cases. For further investigation, this study has been intended to examine the relationship between stress and performance and also the effectiveness of zikir and biofeedback protocol to make stress-relieving situation in diploma students. The author uses, the recitation of zikir as psychophysiological research through Heart Rate Variables (HRV) as an objective method to realize the changes of emotional response of subjects in this work.
