Abstract
Dr.Jinan was born in Baghdad,lraq of a family of five sisters and two brothers. Her fami ly played a big part in her life and career . She received her B.Sc degree in physics from Mosul University, Iraq, M.Sc in solid state physics from Cairo University, Egypt, and PhD from Reading University ,England on solid state physics, ultra thin metal or semiconductor thin films.
