Abstract
PARLIMEN tidak boleh digantung dengan hanya proklamasi darurat. Ini kerana Perkara 150 (2B) membenarkan Parlimen bersidang dalam tempoh darurat. Contoh yang lebih mudah ialah pengalaman semasa proklamasi darurat 1969.
