Abstract
100 hari pentadbiran diambil bagi melihat pra perubahan fasa pertama yang diperkenalkan oleh Naib Canselor Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Prof. Ir. Dr. Wan Azhar Wan Yusoff. Jumlah 2,400 jam yang telah berlalu merupakan satu perubahan yang diperhati dan diukur oleh seluruh warga UMP. Corak perubahan yang berlaku ini amat drastik dan memerlukan pengamatan serta adaptasi segera oleh warga UMP, khususnya warga pentadbir.
